Improved

Your show dashboard is now tabbed

Everything for a show now lives behind one tab bar instead of a row of buttons that changed depending on which page you were on.

  • Messages, Audience, Share, Settings. The same four tabs on every page, so you always know where you are and what else is there.
  • Subscribers moved to Audience. They used to be the middle card of a page called Tools, which was not where anyone looked for them.
  • Share collects the sharing bits. Your public link, the QR code and the website embed code are together in one place now.
  • One row of inbox filters instead of three. Message type and sort are dropdowns beside the search box, and they still combine with a search.

Saving your show settings also keeps you on the Settings tab rather than bouncing you out to your public page. Old links to the dashboard still work.

New

Listeners can subscribe to your show

After someone sends you a message, they can now ask to hear from you again. They confirm by email, and the confirmed addresses are yours to export.

  • Opt-in on the thank-you page. Listeners are asked once, right after they send a message, using the address they just entered.
  • Confirmed by email. Nothing is added to your list until the person clicks a link in their inbox, so the addresses you keep are ones that actually work.
  • Export to CSV. Confirmed subscribers are on your show's Tools page, ready to take anywhere.

Addresses that are never confirmed are deleted automatically after 30 days, and anyone can unsubscribe with one click.

New

Choose how often we email you

Message notifications were all-or-nothing. Now there are three options in your profile settings:

  • Every message — an email each time someone sends you one. This is the default and matches how notifications worked before.
  • Daily digest — one summary each morning, grouped by show, listing everything that came in over the last 24 hours.
  • No emails — nothing at all.

The digest arrives at 8am Eastern.

Improved

A clearer email when a listener is already subscribed

If someone opts in with an address that's already on your list, they now get an email telling them they're already subscribed, instead of a confirmation link for something they've already confirmed.

The page they see is unchanged, and deliberately so: it can't say "you're already subscribed" without letting anyone check who is on your list. Only the mailbox itself gets the real answer.
